Kerry Bannon

Strategic Director

Kerry has over 20 years experience in the sales, customer relationship and training sectors. An enthusiastic and confident individual with the ability to maintain high standards within the working environment she has a wide range of experience in various disciplines enabling a high degree of competency to analyse, evaluate and offer solutions to Human Resource Development. Her expertise in contract, project management and in the training environment ensures a first class professional, methodical and client focused approach which has given her the ability to react to the high demand of clients, internal and external, ensuring strict deadlines are met with commitment, and a logical, diplomatic approach to problem solving. 

Her experience in working with senior leaders, managers and other team members, enables flexibility, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.  Kerry has a good sound knowledge of strategic business planning, budgeting, cash flow, all ensuring that a profitable business is sustained.

Kingsley Taylor

Executive Director

For the last twenty years Kingsley has held senior commercial positions across a range of recruitment and organisational development companies. Over the last five years he has become increasingly interested in building sustainable businesses, as a Director he is working with four expanding and innovative start-ups each at a different phase of growth and is always on the look out for the next innovative idea! He really enjoys the diverse nature of his roles and involvement, and loves to work alongside driven and capable individuals.

The next stage of his working life will be to continue to build companies with a view to executing a number of exit strategies to allow time and space for new entrepreneurial challenges, angel investing, and his family. He is hoping to get involved in more charitable activity to include some volunteer work and is a strong supporter of the work of UNICEF. He struggles to understand how the world has not learned any lessons from global warfare and the impact it has on families and particularly innocent children. Surely we can do better.

Dave Otter

Commercial Director

Dave has more than 25 years experience in business working in a range of sectors including FMCG, Aviation, retail and training and development consultancy services. Organisations he has worked for or with include Walkers Snack foods, Pepsi, JCB, Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Scottish Power.

Over recent years, Dave has developed an L&D consultancy, predominantly working within the aviation and chemical industries. Previously as a Director of Professional Development within a Learning and Development company he grew company sales revenue (and associated Net Profit) from £1.4m to £2.0m in a two year period. His has considerable experience of leading, training and developing teams through objective setting, performance review, appraisal techniques and coaching and development, has good working knowledge of accounting, budget setting and cost analysis demonstrated by his successful autonomous control and growth of £10million sales region for Pepsi/Walkers Snack Foods.
